Wow, Where Has The Time Gone?

Well, I had every intention of keeping this going and up to date but it seems as if I have failed already. Hey I can make it a New Years Resolution cuz that will probably be something I can remember...................

Just a second, Ella has something to say;

g; b/ww32wp-e?yjihl,jkllllkmmmp bb!

I think that is part of a secret language that I will never be privvy to because I'm the mum.
So anyhoo, it's a new year, maybe I will get around to updating this. Ella turned 8 months old yesterday so I definately need to play catch up. These foto's are from her Birth Day. She weighed 5 lbs 15 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long and had a full head of hair and the first things I noticed about her was how tiny she was and her eye lashes. Even at minutes old she had eyelashes to make a grown woman cry! I did cry. Not only because of her eyelashes but because I am an insufferable boob and cry over Pizza Hut comercials even so there you go.
Well I'm done for now, happy reading.

Happy Day After Thanksgiving

Hope everyone had a wonderful day yesterday. We had a great day, lots of traveling but fun with lots of family. Today has been a very lazy day trying to digest all of the turkey we ate. From time to time I will be uploading pictures of Beautiful Ella so that they can be viewed by family and friends. BUT, I haven't taken any new ones for a few days so all of them will be older for a while. It will also be a long running story of our journey through adoption.

By the way this loverly picture will most likely be the only picture of me you will see because the purpose of this blog is all about Beautiful Ella so I will remain silently (and happily) in the background. This was the very first picture of Ella moments after her birth as I was walking from the OR to the nursery after her delivery.

Well, I was gonna write more but Ella just woke up. It has been a very interesting few days with Miss Ella, we have been around a LOT of new faces and family members she's never met and she has decided to be shy and scared and I think she is just a little concerned about everything, (we don't get out much other than church) and her eating and sleeping routine has been thrown into chaos so this is the second time she has been awake since she first went to bed. I need to get her back to sleep so maybe I'll be back later, if I'm not sleeping myself.....................
